Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it is shipped and receive a full refund.
Once your order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible, but you may still request a return after delivery.

Return Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order, no explanation needed.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Refunds typically take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
A flat return shipping fee of $10 will be deducted from the refund if applicable.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are available within 14 days of receipt.

Once received and verified, we will ship your replacement item.
