All orders require 1–3 business days to be verified, inspected, and prepared for shipment. During periods of high volume, processing times may be slightly extended. Should any significant delay occur, you will be notified promptly via email or phone.
Shipping time refers to the period required for your order to travel from our fulfillment center to your designated address.

Orders over $60? Enjoy free shipping on us!
For orders under $60, a $10 flat fee applies.
Express Shipping starts at $10 for the first 1kg, and $5 for each extra kg.
Delivery Commitment:
Urban addresses: Delivery within 24 hours post-confirmation
Suburban/remote areas: Delivery within 48 hours post-confirmation

Expedited shipping fees are non-refundable unless Refined Vogue fails to fulfill the expedited service.
International shipments may be subject to customs fees or import duties. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. In cases where duties are unpaid and the parcel is returned, additional reshipment fees may apply.
A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched. You may track the status of your shipment directly through the carrier's platform.
At this time, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. Please ensure a valid street address is provided during checkout.
